it’s aaaaaaaaaall about your cashier. It’s up to the store mgr discretion with Wags. I have had problems at CVS, for example, but when I call their customer service they take care of it for me and I can go back and complete my transaction. Even if the sale is over. But Wags doesn’t have a corp policy, so the manager is the final say. Unless things have changed????
