Kmart: Additional 50% off Clearance Toys

This week Kmart is offering an additional 50% off clearanced toys.  Heather emailed me to share that she got a Leapfrog Tag + a Book for $15.  Has anyone else hit this sale?  What finds did you get?

Is there a coupon, or is it just an extra 50% off? I can’t find it online anywhere. Thanks for your helps and the heads up! -Kimberly

    Kimberly,
It is usually just a sale and there will be yellow tags saying clearance + additional 50% off. I love these sales, it’s the best time to stock up for Christmas or Birthday gifts.

I have been trying to find a blog that matches up K-Mart and is updated at least weekly. I never know when the big triple coupon day is and my K-Mart is about an hour away so have to plan a head of time for trip. This site has been awesome and love all the help you give!!!!!!!

We just got back. They have 50% off all clearance toys as well as some summer shoes and clothes (at least at our K-Mart). I was able to get a Leap Frog Click Start Computer for $15 and the Thomas cartridge for it for $5.50 (early Christmas present for my 2-1/2-year-old). They also had a Vtech Vsmile for $17 and some cartridges for them for $5-$10. They also had Pixos on clearance for between $4 and $10 so got some of them for my niece for her birthday. I think I’ll check the other K-Marts in the area tomorrow!

I found the LeapFrog tag reader with the Cat in the Hat book for $15.00, this was with all the other Leapfrog items. It is not marked, but scans at $15.00 not $29.99. I found 1 at the Brookfield, Wi. store.

  7. Jen Young says:

Sounds like I”ve gotta take a trip to Kmart! I have a coupon for Tag books- so maybe I can get luckon on a LeapFrog Tag reader for my 2 1/2 year old!

  8. Rachelle R says:

my kmart in CA had the tag reader w/ cat in the hat book for $15. it wasn’t in the clearance aisle. i found it in the aisle with all the other regular priced leapfrog products. if you got your free tag book in the mail, then it came with a coupon for $5 any tag reader. i used the coupon to get it for $10!!

i also got the strawberry shortcakes sweetest styles for $3 and fisher price trio castle for $4.50!

Kmart on line is a rip off…you go to purchase various items (I had 12 DIFFERNT ITEMS in my cart) and when i sent 30 seconds in the purchase process, all but 1 was no longer available??? Is that even possible? Then the web site has prices that when you get tot he car t are different (Monopoly Jr. is not $1.50 it is $6.50). The site can’t even sort on price….save your time and energy and buy from Walmart (wish i had a Kmart in Houston!!)

I hit 5 more Kmarts today. Got some good stuff at the last couple of stores. I did find the Tag Reader with the Cat in the Hat Book. It was for my son, but it was pink. It was the only one they had, so I bought it anyway. It rang up for $15. Then I used a $3 off Tag Book coupon on it, which worked, and I got it for $12! Later in the day, I found one Green version at another store, not marked, so I went to customer service and exchanged the pink one for it. I found another deal…didn’t purchase it, but thought I’d pass it on. The Little Tikes Makin’ Mud Pies table that has a working faucet and mixer for outdoor play was not marked, but I scanned it thinking it had to be a summer clearance item, and sure enough…it rang up for $11.24 (reg. $40)! So if you have a toddler age 2+, this would make a great Easter springtime gift.
