Here is a moneymaker deal available at CVS right now. This week CVS is offering an extra care bucks deal on Gas-X products: buy $20 worth and get $10 in extra care bucks. Here is how to make almost $6 on this deal:
Buy four Gas-X Prevention 20 ct., $6.29 (regular price)
Use one 20% off CVS coupon
Use four $4/1 Gas X Prevention coupons (will need access to two computers)
Pay $4.13 plus tax out of pocket and get back $10 in extra care bucks
The limit on this deal is one. If you don’t have access to two computers you can buy two Gas-X Products for $5.79 each and use two $3/1 Gas X coupons and two Gas X preventions and use two $4/1 coupons. Then you will have an almost $5 moneymaker.
I usually take advantage of money maker deals like this to build up my extra care bucks to use on the things I need (like diapers for the kids). This is also a great way to “roll” expiring extra care bucks.

coupons.com only let me print one of each Gas X coupons….. that is weird.
My actual ECB goal is to get diapers cheap. I love when I get 2 diapers for the price of one or less! I have been wondering what my goal will be when the kids are out of diapers. But that’ll be a while b/c the youngest isnt even 1 yet!

No one seems to be able to get the 20% coupon, so who knows.
WARNING: I don’t think this deal will work. I bought 3 items today at CVS and the 20% discount was only applied to the one item that I bought at regular price with no ECBs produced. The other two items I bought were regular price but produced ECBs. The discount was NOT applied to those items.

I’m not positive, but I THINK it’s off the entire order of regularly priced, non ECB producing items. I think they are counting the items that produce ECBs as “sale” items, which are excluded according to the coupon.
I’m guessing you are right. As a CVS employee I get 20% off daily- but it is only on sale items and this would be considered a sale.
