Student Saving Bucks reports that she was allowed the overage on these soap bars at Target. I think Walmart also sells the 1ct soap bar for less than $1. Walgreens often puts the 2ct bars on sale for $2. So if you have a Walgreens near you, you may want to wait to see if a sale like that comes around. It would be better if it comes along with a register rewards deal.
