From what I can tell this is only a $1 coupon from P&G….
I noticed that the deal for the Walgreens Downy liquid fabric softener says on the Walgreens ad just above the advertisement that you must buy $10 worth of product listed below in order to recieve the $3 in RR. And I too found that the coupons in the PG insert were only for $1 /1 Downy fabric softener.
So in order to get this deal you would have to buy 4 Downy fabric softener $3.99
use 4 coupons for $1/1 Downy
=pay $12 out of pocket and recieve $3 RR.
=like paying $2.25 /ea

The $10 amount is before coupons, so three should get you to above $10.
