I wonder why it’s void in CA. I’m moving from Illinois to California in a few months. Are all free coupons void there?

It has to do with commercial law on pricing for dairy products. In some states you can’t issue a coupon or sell dairy products for below cost.

It expires Aug. 27. Are there any stores that take free printable coupons? Jewel, Dominick’s, and Food 4 Less/Kroger all have coupon policies that say they won’t.
Oops, I misread the page. It expires Sept. 11.
But I still can’t figure out what store will take it. Target also refuses free printable coupons.
