The Family Dollar Store changed their coupon policy just the other day and they NO longer will allow you to get anything free with coupons. I have been doing this deal for a while and they wont let you do it anymore.
How can they do that????? They get paid face value + for accepting the coupon, so what difference does it make? I was grabbing these for my Troop Hugs ministry….. ;o(
Technically it isn’t Free you still have to pay the taxes on the item.
