I entered my info and the response was this email account is already associated with a Kimberly Clark website. So I tried my private email and got the same response. then I entered a brand new email address in another person’s name who is new to the computer and got the same response!

That’s weird! sice you already signed up did you do the “Forgot Password” step so you could sign up to your account? You will still get the credit.

I got an error message when I tried to redeem my code. Message said “there is something wrong”.
Carol – I got the same message and now the website won’t load. I suspect they are having issues with the volume. I was hoping to download some music this morning!
