Be careful with this company. Though connected with Zappos, their policies are not the same. I had to ship back a pair of shoes on my own dime (to the tune of 14 bucks), and their explanation was that it gave me a choice of shippers. I would rather they included a label so that a customer has the option of using the prepaid label, and have it deducted from their refund, since companies receive a better deal on shipping than does the consumer. I spoke to 6PM ad nauseum, but they didn’t budge. They like to tout their “deep” discounts, but the irony is that the same shoe sold @ Zappos for LESS, w/free shipping BOTH ways. Buyer beware!
