I did most of this deal this morning. The cashier had a lot of trouble get the $10 one to ring, probably took 10 minutes. There was no shelf tag saying there were 2 for 1 but they did ring up that way. She wouldn’t take the 2nd $3 coupon because there was no “value” to ring it against. Still a great deal though $2.
