Yup Yup Yup got 4 bags at 9 cents each at my target today. Also found the snack bag chips that was mentioned earlier this week (the ones with the pink heart on the bag) got them at $2.09 a bag also. I also found small Valentine Barbies for $1.79 each and used the $3.00/2 barbie coupons, making them just 29 cents each.
