So disappointed–my granddaughter loves penguins so I tried ordering this for her. Our local (and surrounding communities) Best Buy is not available for the free delivery, and unless I am missing something, they do not ship these to residences. Bummer!
I asked the chat line; they said “We do not currently have the stock in our warehouses to have this item shipped.” It is also not available in my state (AL) or in GA. So I asked why it is still available online to add to cart and she said “It may be available in other areas, so unless we are sold out completely we do not take it off our site.”
