On Friday, March 29, 2013, IKEA, The Life Improvement Store, will be giving away free IKEA FAMILY umbrellas to kick off the rainy season and help people prepare for April showers, (and hopefully May flowers). The giveaway is part of the national IKEA Random Acts of Life Improvement, aimed to surprise and delight the public with tokens of appreciation to improve everyday moments in their lives.
This colorful, light-weight umbrella is an ideal companion to keep people dry during the rainy season. Not raining? Umbrellas are also commonly used as shade against the sun’s harsh rays.

** Giveaways will occur in select local high-traffic areas, not in IKEA stores.
