You will feel so proud of yourself; seeing how much you’ve accomplished and how many changes you went through. Keep a journal where you will write down your progress and look back on it from time to time to see your progress.
There are scenarios going on in our heads and there are plenty of “what if’s” that we seem to be stuck with. Instead of focusing on the past and on the mistakes that you’ve made (which only mean that you are human) learn from the past, be focused on the present and future and make sure you won’t have any regrets with your current life choices.
