This week Walgreens has Nexxus Mousse Plus Volumizing Foam Styler 2 oz. bottles on sale 2 for $5. There’s a coupon in the Walgreens November Coupon Booklet for $4 off one Nexxus Hair Care product (excludes trial size). Use this coupon to get FREE mousse. You won’t get overage as the coupon will self adjust to the price of the item.

Also, the 5.1oz bottles of Nexxus Shampoo show on the Walgreens Website as selling for $4.99 regular price. Use the coupon in the booklet to get shampoo for 99 cents a bottle.

Walgreens: Glade Spray Moneymaker and FREE Kleenex

There’s a very nice moneymaker deal going on at Walgreens on Glade Sprays. They are on sale for $0.99 each after in-ad coupons but if you play your cards right you can get them for better than free. Hand the coupons in the order I outline:

$6.76 when you buy four cans of Glade Spray @ $1.69 each regularly
-$3.38 when you use two buy one get one coupons from 11/1 SS insert
-$0.75 off two when you use one coupon from 11/1 SS insert or this $0.75/2 printable coupon
-$2 when you hand out the $1/2 coupon in the November Coupon Booklet
-$2.80 when you hand out the in-ad coupon to adjust price down to $0.99 each
= FREE plus $2.17 in overage. Then submit this receipt for the SC Johnson rebate and you have an additional $5 coming to you by mail.

You can get some FREE Kleenex this week at Walgreens. There’s a coupon in the “Healthy Savings” Version of the November Coupon Booklet for $1 off one box of Kleenex Ultra Soft 85ct. Kleenex tissues are on sale this week for $1.09 after in ad coupon. This is your transaction:

$5.97 when you buy three boxes of Kleenex Ultra Soft 85 ct
-$0.50/3 coupon from 11/1 SS insert or the $0.50/3 printable coupon

Disclosure:

I hesitated for the last few days to share these deals with you because both include the use of two Walgreens coupons per item. Last time I shared a scenario like this I read your comments and listened to what you had to say. So, I went looking for guidance on whether this could be done or not and I turned to Hotcouponworld which is where I usually go for reference of what’s a legitimate deal and what is not. What I learned is two things: one there’s no official coupon policy at Walgreens. Some cashiers will be OK with you doing this and some will not. But from a manager at Walgreens the word is that you can combine two Walgreens coupons as long one is a seven day coupon (in ad coupon) and one is an instant value coupon (which is what the coupons in the coupon booklets are).

If you are uncomfortable using both coupons then you can’t get free Kleenex but you can still get very cheap Glade Sprays. Just choose to use the coupon in the November Coupon booklet instead of the in-ad coupon and you will pay 63 cents for the four cans of Spray.

Walgreens: $4.25 per pack of Huggies Diapers

Walgreens has a Huggies Diaper Deal I want to share with you. The wrap around of your Walgreens Sales Circular has a coupon for $5 off $25 puchase or more. This is how you can get four packs of diapers for around $20:

$35.96 when you buy four Jumbo packs of Huggies diapers ($8.99 each)
$0.12 when you buy one paper gift sack (after in-ad coupon in lower left corner of page 14)
Use $1/1 coupon from Walgreens Children’s Activity Book (will deduct $4 at once)
Use two $2/1 Huggies diaper printable coupon
Use two $1.50/1 Huggies printable coupon and another one here
Subtotal=$25.08
Use $5/$25 Walgreens coupon in sales circular wrap around
Pay $20.08 plus tax out of pocket.

Then submit this receipt to the Caregivers Market Place rebate program and get $0.75 back for each pack of diaper. That’s like paying $4.25 per pack of diaper. Thanks Moms by Heart!

Also, you may want to check on this deal: Ocean Spray Juice is on sale this week for $1.99 per bottle. Some of the bottles have a peelie coupon (yellow located by the front label) for $1 off Ocean Spray Juice. Use this coupon plus the $1/1 coupon in the November Coupon Booklet to get FREE Ocean Spray Juice. Please note that some peelies are for Ocean Spray Craisins but there are also some peelies that are good on the juice. Read the coupons carefully before trying to use them.

Weird: Two Different Walgreens November Coupon Booklets?

Check out the image above sent to me by one of my readers. She lives in Wisconsin and has found two different November Coupon booklets while shopping at two different Walgreens. The one on the left has all of the coupons I posted about here. But the one on the right is missing the Almay $4/1 coupon (oh no!) and a few others. But they both run the same period length (11/1-11/28).

Just curious? Has anyone found these different coupon booklets? This is the first time I hear of something like this. So I am really curious why Walgreens would do this. Interesting, huh?

Walgreens: Pantene and Comtrex Moneymakers

Can you believe there are even more hot deal going on at Walgreens this week? Here are a couple more:

This week there’s a register reward offer on Pantene products : Buy two and get $2 RR. The Pantene trial size shampoo and conditioner are triggering this register reward as well. They are priced from $1.09 – $1.29.
