I can’t find the $1/2 stove top stuffing, where is it?

I stopped at Pick N Save last week to take advantage of the Wholey Guacamole coupon. It was on sale for $2.99 and the coupon was for $4.00. Thecashier would not adjust my coupon or accept it for that matter. It seems to me they always used to do one or the other. Has anyone else experienced this? I was really disappointed as not many of the other grocery stores in our area carry the WG.
