I can’t find the promotion or where to enter the code. I also went to Dealicious Mom and tried her link which did not work. Any ideas?

  • Stacy Ann Denton

I can;t find it either…. i am checking in offers section and then the freebies section. I found the rules for it, but no link there, either! 🙁

  • Stacy Ann Denton

    heather,
    any luck?

  • I just checked too and it seems they have not updated their site yet.
But 10K is a pretty high limit hopefully they won’t run out yet. This central time mama is hitting the hay so I hope by tomorrow morning it’s up already.

I didn’t meet the age requirements. LOL. Hopefully some of you will get it.

  • Yep – K’s link is right and the link on my site works now. Seventeen took forever to get the link for the freebie up but you are good to go now! Good Luck All!

  • Lizz

    Thanks K! Got it!

  • Molly

Worked great, but now I will be getting billed for $10 for 12 issues of 17 magizine. Just have to remember to cancel it now

    • tmwash

That’s what I got too! I’m not happy about that. I will be the one to forget to cancel or they will give me a hard time when I do. Darn it. Wish I would of been warned.

ME TOO!! It’s a scam!! You fill in the form as if you’re entering to get the free eyeliner and no where on the form does it state that you agree to a 1 year subscription, yet as soon as you hit submit it tells you that you will be billed $10 for a 12 month subscription! And there is no contact number for customer service or any link on their webpage to even be able to cancel your subscription “mistake”! I am furious! All for a stupid $4 eyeliner!

  • Carol

It worked, but you will be billed for $10 for 12 issues of 17. There is a spot below where you can cancel it though.

    • cramkkasd

Where? I have wasted 10 minutes on the site trying to cancel and can’t find it!

  • Nicole

If you are over the age requirement (and proud of it, thank you very much, lol!) just put your own birth day with 1982 as the year – goes through no problem. Not sure if it’s an actual giveaway, though – the wording makes it sound like more of a sweeps. HTH!

  • I entered. If you don’t want to get the magazine, just click on the link above the entry form that asks if you’re already a subscriber- that’s what I did. Even though I’m no subscriber, lol.

  • Jaime

Didn’t realize there was an age requirement when I filled in the form. I was told I was too old. I think I’m going to go sign up for AARP now.

  • kristina

I put in 1993 no problem. 1973 is real birthday. but I guess I ordered mag subscription. Watch out for that.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! We have also accepted your subscription for Seventeen and will bill you $10 for 12 issues. Your first issue will be delivered to xxxxxx in 4-6 weeks.

  • Jennifer

I just lied about my age to get free eyeliner! What have I come to?

  • Carol W Hall

I enter sweeps and put in liner then received confirmation that I just ordered a subscription to seventeen. Be careful

  • JoAnne

I ENTERED FOR MY 13 YR OLD AND NOW INADVERTENTLY SIGNED HER UP FOR A 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION.

EVEN IF YOU CLICK NO, THEY STILL SIGN YOU UP. SITE SAYS THAT IF YOU DON’T AGREE THEN YOU CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A WEEK.

NOT SURE THIS IS WORTH IT FOR THE FREE ITEM.

    • janet

I’m pretty sure you can also write cancel on the 1st magazine’s bill too. I read that somewhere on the site. It signed me up too and I clicked no for that question.. Misrepresentation.. what if this was actually a pre-teen /teenager who signed for this “free” item.. granted they can speak to their parents but.., really??

  • sally

I signed up my granddaughter. Now how do I cancel?

    • elisabeth

To Cancel: I noticed right after you enter all your info it takes you to the next screen where it informs you about your 1 year sub., look under that box. Where it shows your username (email addy) and password in tiny print says “If you wish to deactivate this account and decline these registration benefits, please click here.” That link works to cancel. Hope everyone sees this! It is way too sneaky of them. Hopefully I’ll get that eyeliner for my trouble???

  • Mary

You should all read a little more carefully – it’s a “sweepstakes”, not just an offer for free eyeliner. It says “ENTER TO WIN A….”

You may have just signed yourself up for a year of the mag and you aren’t even guaranteed to win! They don’t HAVE to send you it if you aren’t a “winner”.

Too much work, not worth lying about.

  • Tyree

this is a sign up for subscription gimic beware

  • Amber

WARNING!! IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS “FREEBIE” YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING: “THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! We have also accepted your subscription for Seventeen and will bill you $10 for 12 issues. Your first issue will be delivered to (your address) in 4-6 weeks”.

    What a scam!

  • Jennifer

There is a section at the top where you can click to register if you do not want to subscribe or are already a subscriber.

  • Yoon

Yeah… I got subscribed to it too by accident. By do they charge you right away? How do they charge you just based from the address??

  • ashley

You dont need to subscribe there is a link when you go to the website saying dont give me a trail subscrption you click that!
