Peppermint Candy Ice Cream From BH&G Magazine

I just got my last issue of Better Homes & Gardens today in the mail. I was flipping through it and found a recipe for peppermint candy ice cream! It involves mixing melted white chocolate, vanilla, and crushed red striped peppermint candies into softened ice cream. You could even throw in some extra chunks of white chocolate!
