Toys R Us: Strawberry Shortcake Sets for $2.49

strawberry shortcake Toys R Us: Strawberry Shortcake Sets for $2.49

This past Sunday (9/26) some areas received a coupon booklet good on Hasbro toys. You can use one of those coupons PLUS a new $5/25 Toys R US coupon to get a sweet deal on these super cute Strawberry Shortcake kits at Toys R US:

Buy 2 of the Strawberry Shortcake Berry Cruiser Sets $14.99 each
Use one $5/$25 Purchase Coupon
Use two $10/1 Strawberry Shortcake Berry Cruiser Coupons from 9/26 toy coupon insert
Pay just $2.49 each after coupons

How is that for a very nice deal on these?  I have exactly two of those coupons and while my daughter is too young for these sets, these would make a great Toys for Tots donation.

Thanks Savings Lifestyle!

Thanks!! I’ll pick two up for my niece…I wanted to get the Play Doh from Target a couple of weeks ago but didn’t win the couponso this is a great opportunity to get an early Christmas gift.

  2. safa says:

where would i be able to get the hasbro coupon from? I didnt get it in the paper.

  3. claire says:

The berry sweet styles is also included:)

  4. Ashley says:

They can be printed here too! http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=15162&zid=st48&nid=20 Hope people get good use of this!

  5. Natalie says:

So, TRU stores let you apply the $5/$25 coupon before the other manufacturer’s coupons? That would be some deal!

  6. mary says:

Many TRUS stores in my area are sold out of these 2 SS items. Next best bet in that case would be to price match at Target or Walmart. They won’t PM the $5/25, but it’s still a cute toy for $5.

  7. shiny says:

from whr can I print $10 coupon? i never received any :(

  8. Kroger Marketplace also has these on sale this week for $15.99, would be $5.99 after MQ. My store was out too, so call ahead!

  9. Kim says:

I just left Toys R Us and was able to do this deal with no problems. I actually brought this and the Sweet Styles.

  10. Becky says:

I just left Toy R Us in our area of PA. They would not let me use two coupons on the same transaction (they state – one per purchase) so then I wouldn’t have been eligible for the $5/$25 store coupon. Disappointed. : (

    • andrea says:

It should be one per purchase meaning one $10 per toy. Maybe throw in a cheap pack of gum/candy or clearance item so there would be three items/three coupons?

  11. Dona says:

I live in Ocala, Fl and I just bought mine and a friends ( 2 separate orders) today with no problems . They took the $5/25 and the 2 $10 hasbro coupons. Total came to $6.48 for 2. Thanks for posting this deal – makes a great addition to my gift closet.

  12. Dona says:

Brandi – they did have a few , call ahead and ask if any are left. Maybe they would hold them for you.

  13. This deal and the CVS toothbrush got me thinking about rain checks! Don’t forget that you can ask for one and then you can just wait for them to come back in stock whenever.

  14. Nanell says:

Had no issue doing this. GOt one of each of the 2 that where on the coupon used the $5 off TRU coupons and the one was clearance at my store so I paid $1.22 total for both of em.
