Walgreens: Cheap Carmex

Did you catch these two Carmex coupons in this week’s Walgreens weekly ad?  Yes, there are two coupons you can use.  On the main ad there is a coupon to make Carmex items $0.99 and in the wrap around ad, there is a coupon to get them buy one get one free.  Combine both coupons to get two items for $0.99.

According to Walgreens coupons policy you can use more than one Walgreens coupon per item.  So bring this one with you!

Multiple Coupons

When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer.

Thanks, Mashup Mom!

Just a warning I tried this last night and the 99 coupon would not work. They rang up buy 1 get 1 free at $1.69 but no matter how the cashier tried it the coupon would just beep. So she couldn’t take it. Has anyone else gotten this to work?

No. I did the buy one get one and actually, Carmex was on sale for $1.49. I had the Walgreens policy with me but was too chicken to point it out to them.

they are BOTH “walgreens” coupons – so it’s 1 or the other…not both.
    Walgreens stacks a “W” coupon along w/ a manufacturer’s coupon however…
