    what’s the planters deal?

    • Tracy this is the deal:

Buy ten cans of platers $1.99 this week
Use five $1/2 manufacturer coupons from 12/6 or 12/13 inserts
Use $1/1 walgreens store coupon from Diabetes and You Mag
Pay $5 plus tax out of pocket and submit for Nabisco rebate $10 back.

Then submit the Advil $5 MIR Rebate from the 1/10 newspaper wrap and it’s a moneymaker!!!

Looks like it is regional your ad is 19 pages, mine is only 11. To bad would have been a good deal i’m low on toothpaste.

The Ricola may not work, that is using 3 coupons…anyone tried it?

    • Kristina L.

I have used 3 coupons before at Walgreens.

      • Laura

Did you have to buy a filler item to use the third coupon?

        • HI Laura,

You only need filler items when the number of manufacturer coupons is greater the the number of items in your order. It has to do with manufacturer coupons not walgreens coupons.

I am wondering if someone ever bought just 1 item in a transaction and used 3 coupons and it worked. I don’t do it every often since sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I still have not figured out why.

  • Jennifer P

I am almost positive that you are not able to use 3 coupons on one item. I did ask the Mgr at my store, she said the printable 99cent is the Wags coupon and she said the Diabetic Book is a MQ along with the one from the paper. So, they would be 49cents, which isn’t bad for Ricola, but I also got free Halls last week…

  • Rebecca

I just tried to do the Aquafresh deal and was told the $2 off walgreens coupon was a manufacturer coupon and therefore I couldn’t also use the $1 off manufacturer coupon? I don’t think this is true, but didn’t have a coupon policy with me. Anyone else have problems?

  • Renee S.

I don’t see the Walgreen’s Ricola printable coupon. Anyone else find it? Thank you.

  • Yolanda

It’s on the Walgreens website next to the weekly ad….Titled EXTRA COUPONS (2 PAGES).

  • Nancy

I dont see the advil in the diabetes and you booklet… r u sure its there?
