    Hi. Someone tweeted this link. I don’t normally read the site and I am not familiar with “RR.” I could probably guess, but thought I should ask what that means?

    RR=Register Rewards

    The Tahitian Renewal Caress bodywash was on clearance for $2.19 at my store and it still gave the RR.

    I recently switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens. At Rite Aid they usually list limits on deals in the ad. It doesn’t look like Walgreens does that. Is there any way to tell what the RR limit is, for example on the Crayola markers? Should we normally assume a RR deal is one per transaction?

    Thanks. But i don’t normally shop at Walgreens, sorry. What is a register reward? Is it like a coupon off a future purchase? thanks again.

    Do you have to have some type of membership?

    No, there’s no membership or store card at Walgreens. And RR (register rewards) are store “money” coupons printed out when you check out, that you can use on future purchases.

    And if a RR is offered – like the $2 RR when you buy the $2 Washable Markers, it will only print one of each offer per transaction. So if you want to buy two packs of markers, pay for each separately and DON’T use the first $2 RR to pay for the 2nd pack or the register won’t print the second $2 RR. But you could use a different dollar amount RR to help pay for your purchase (like a $1 RR on this pack of markers, and then you pay $1.00+tax on the pack and then get a $2 RR back.

    Walgreens usually has limits on their in-ad coupons, it will say “limit of 3” or something. But for the RR Deals, there’s not really a limit, just one of each deal per transaction. So you can break up your purchases, or come back later in the week for more.

    Hope this helps!

      Some Walgreens do in fact have store cards. Here is Missouri- you don’t get the sale price is you don’t use your card. So, you might want to check in your area to make sure you don’t have to have the card to receive the sale price.
