Zazzle: 100 Free Business Cards, Shipped FREE too!

zazzle card Zazzle: 100 Free Business Cards, Shipped FREE too!

UPDATE: This deal is no longer working.

The 100 FREE business/contact/mommy cards (whatever you want to use them for) offer from Zazzle is still available! This is a $16.95 value and the discount is applied automatically at checkout when you complete your purchase. Stephanie just emailed me to share that today and through tomorrow (9/1) you can use the code ZAZSHIPSFREE to get FREE Shipping as well.  Make  sure to change shipping to Economy Shipping: FREE on the last page at checkout.  It looks like only the regular ‘business’ cards are coming up as free. The chunky ones come out to $2.00, and on the skinny ones they only offer 20 free.

Thanks Stephanie!

  1. Melody says:

Hi! Great deal but it wants you to enter your credit card info (I’d rather not) at a point where you can’t select free shipping? Defaults to $7.99 shipping instead.

  2. Melissa says:

Do you have to pick certain designs? I chose a regular business card style in the Gray Cherry Blossoms style, but I’m on the screen where you submit the order and it still shows the cards at $8.50. I was able to select Economy Shipping for free, but it looks like they will charge for the cards.

    • Melissa says:

Nevermind. I revisited your original post on this and see that it was a $16.95 value. I’ll have to pick a different design.

  3. It is showing shipping charges of $7.95 for me.

  4. Never mind. You have to enter your payment information first.

  5. Jenn D says:

Bummer! They won’t ship to APO/FPOs with the free shipping offer!

  6. I’m getting an “unexpected error” after submitting my order….bummer!

  7. Prudence says:

I am getting that same error.

  8. Mercedes says:

It worked for me just fine. Make sure there are no spaces before and after the free shipping code.

    Mercedes

  9. Sherry says:

    Thanks! Worked for me :)

  10. Lisa says:

This was awesome!! Thank you! :)

  11. Crystal says:

You have to enter your credit card info & go to the last page before confirming total to select the free economy shipping. It worked for me, so thank you for the great deal! I made some ‘mommy cards’ – it’s going to be a great thing to have on hand during our homeschool playdates!

  12. de_yxes says:

Great find. Thanks tons. It worked great.

  13. Lisa says:

I noticed people are having issues with the shipping. You have to wait until you get to the last page to confirm your order…THEN there is an option to select the FREE economy shipping. I just completed my order and paid $0.00!! :D

  14. mary says:

Just worked for me. What a great deal, for free! You have to select Free Shipping on the very last page, after you give credit card info.

  15. I figured out the problem. I was using PayPal to pay and for some reason that was causing the error. Once I entered my credit card info, it worked!

I turned the business cards into To/From tags for Christmas gifts.

  16. Pat says:

I keep putting all my credit card info in, shipping address, the whole yards, hit submit and he throws me back to the address section which is blank and still shows I have an item in my cart?

  17. Rachelle says:

How the heck did you find one $16.95? Everyone I open is NOT priced that!

  18. Courtney says:

Thanks I ordered some for our Dog Rescue Group :)

  19. Worked great for me! Thanks!

  20. Hannah says:

Thanks Mercedes : ) I was just telling my husband I needed business cards to pass out when shopping since so many people ask me how I find my deals & coupons. I picked a shopping themed card & listed all my favorite blogs & coupon sites. Of course commonsensewithmoney was on that list of favorites : )

And I had the same problem with the error until I switched from paypal to a credit card and then it worked just fine : )

  21. Jennifer says:

I had the same Paypal error! When I put in a CC it worked like a charm! Thanks!!

  22. Julie says:

Thanks for the info…paypal error too.
    CC works fine!

  23. melissa says:

same for me – wouldn’t go through with paypal. did go through with cc

    thank you for posting htis

  24. Just ordered some! Perfect timing! Thanks!

  25. cheryl says:

yes it worked for me, it lets you change the shipping after you put the cc# in but comes up zero for the price.

  26. Kris says:

Even though it is free, since you can’t do it without entering Credit Card info, I wasted quite a bit of time choosing what I wanted… then I just cancelled it… Why should I enter CC info if the cost is zero? Oh, well….

  27. Cindy says:

I used it to buy First Communion cards for my son for next spring. He’ll think they’re so cool! Thanks!!

  28. robbie says:

What a blessing! My husband is searching for an internship and this will be helpful as he is networking.

  29. Stephanie says:

I can’t find any cards that end up being free? Which styles did you choose?

  30. Nic says:

Glad I came back here, I was getting that error too. Switched from Paypal to a CC and it went through in a snap. I got some cool to/from cards for Christmas.

  31. connie says:

I feel the same way…why should they ask for cc# when it’s free? I wasted lots of time on this as well. Oh well….

  32. Mary-Frances C. says:

Thank you so very much for posting this!

  33. Sally says:

Thanks so much, these will come in handy with the new school year starting.

  34. michelle says:

    Thanks!

  35. tina says:

9/1. 1:30 am.. maybe deal is over cause it never worked for me even with cc info still showing 16.95.. on any card i select.. so can somebody confirm it deal is over?

    • Tammy says:

Even if I use Paypal or my CC it shows me the price is $16.95. I did do the economy ship, I entered the code and it says success. But I didn’t see anything on the price saying $0. I need help!!!

  36. Mike says:

Yeah it worked at 1230 am but after making some changes..it was past 1 and now it went from 0 to the normal price

  37. byung says:

Doh! Finally finished my cards and the deal seems to have ended…

  38. tina says:

okay see that what happenend to me..(deal ended while it was working on cards) .i thought i was losing my mind.. thanks guys

  39. Ashley says:

Yeah, the deal ended while I was working on mine too, which is a real shame since I was going to use them for “Hand-Crafted By” tags for my cross stitch projects. Bummer. Next time this deal comes around, is there any way to let us know earlier? :(

  40. Tracy says:

I was so excited for this freebie (I was making Halloween Invites for my daughter’s 4th Birthday Party), and before I realized it cost me money, I hit the submit button. Though, I just cancelled, phew! Yeah, please do let me know when this comes out again. I would also love to make Christmas tags!

  41. Lynda says:

I don’t think the deal has ended.
For some reason, I truly think it depends on which style you choose.

When I pull this skinny card up (at 9:30 am EST on 9/1/10), it shows a price, then crosses out the price and shows $0. This is on the page where you have to type in your name/addy.

    http://www.zazzle.com/blue_daisies_skinny_business_card-240725123763290916

Same thing happens with this reg style card:
    http://www.zazzle.com/orange_daisies_business_business_card-240380430821919651

And when I do this chubby card, it shows new price as $2.00
    http://www.zazzle.com/bubbles_chubby_business_card-240702975655043067

However, I have pulled up other cards this morning (that were the same prices as the 3 examples above) and they stayed the same price on the name/address input page. I don’t know why.

You do need to put in a cc — so this offer may not be worth persuing for some.

  42. Megan J says:

Thanks, Lynda! Does anyone else have some links they can post of styles that seem to be working? Unfortunately, I need something professional for my job search and can’t use the more whimsical designs. Hopefully we’ll find some more things!

  43. Elizabeth says:

Yeah during the process of making mine earlier this morning it still read as if the deal was going on but by time I got my card done it was over. I was highly disappointed.

  44. Elizabeth says:

I went to your links Lynda and it’s still coming up full price for me :(

  45. Nicki S. says:

Full price is showing here… dang it.

  46. Lynda says:

How very bizarre — I just clicked those links again (11:58 am EST) and they still come up how I described above. And I found a few others that way also:

Megan — try these for something plainer:
    http://www.zazzle.com/green_plain_business_business_card-240066980269234877

    http://www.zazzle.com/green_lines_business_business_card-240034025087017370

Megan – these are a possibility — they are less blah but IMHO not whimsical:
    http://www.zazzle.com/blue_circles_business_business_card-240992255684490978

    http://www.zazzle.com/foamgreen_waves_business_business_card-240857678643987636

but, Megan — I really think you’d make a rememberable first impression if you used this style:
    http://www.zazzle.com/monster_business_business_card-240722189351577175

What I have found is that all the “free” ones that I have found have been by the same designer (zazzleprofile). Click here to see all their cards: http://www.zazzle.com/zazzleprofilecards

That said, NOT all of their cards are free. (Let me repeat that…. all the free ones I have found, have been by zazzleprofile BUT not all of zazzleprofile have been free).
Now… I have not tried to order today b/c I ordered last night. (And I am at work… and don’t have my cc with me to see if I can place a 2nd order or not)

  47. shuchi says:

Did anybody’s order get cancelled? Mine did.

  48. Lynda says:
  49. byung says:

I tried using Lynda’s link. I customized the designs and the price still showed up as $0 initially but by the time you get to the final screen the price is set back to $16.95+tax.

  50. Hannah says:

I placed mine yesterday and the status currently says “processed” so I hope they will not cancel. What a shame the site had so many problems – I’ll be curious to see if mine arrive.

  51. Jess G says:

Lynda, when you add them to your cart, they go back to 16.95…did that happen with your order?

  52. Lynda says:

Jess – When I ordered last night, the $$ stayed 16.95 in my cart until I entered my cc # – then when I went to the next page, all I had was a shipping price. Then I clicked economy shipping and the shipping turned to $0.

Zazzle is not making any Zazzle-lovers with this bizarre, hard-to-get offer.

  53. Ivy says:

After spending a long time editing the card that originally showed up at free, it is charging me the 16.95. I did notice if you customize the cards the price resets but if you just fill in their text fields it stayed the $0.00 price.
I can’t find any more free cards. I’m not sure if the whole freebie ended while I was working on the cards.
Such a bummer! Maybe I’ll try back later.

  54. Nicki S. says:

I must be doing something wrong. I tried to order the Monster one and no go!

  55. kama says:

looks like their website is currently down… :( maybe all those orders they are trying to cancel?

  56. Kim says:

I received an email stating that my order has been queued for shipment. I checked my account and it says it was shipped today. So hopefully I will get them.

  57. artivy says:

I just don’t even see the marked out prices on some items any longer. I don’t see a way to contact them either. After today, I’m sure they don’t want that link anyway.
I think I’ll just suck it up and pay for my Moo cards. They are worth every penny.
If you figure it out, let me know.

  58. Chrissy G says:

I just tried and the shipping comes up free with the code, but the cards still stay at 16.95

  59. Kim says:

I got my cards today (9/4) and they look great!

  60. Hannah says:

I received my cards today & they are really nice quality – I’m very impressed & will definitely be a repeat shopper for them : )
