I went into my local Old Navy on Tuesday to return some online orders. They didn’t have the online items in store for me to make an exchange. The sales woman told me they haven’t been getting shipments. So don’t be surprised if a lot of items are not available for in-store pickup. I think shipping is starting to return to normal, but if you don’t pay extra to expedite your order, you may still want to plan on a couple of weeks before it will arrive.
