CVS: Reeses Pieces Deal

Make sure to scan your CVS Extra Care Bucks card at the scanner every time you shop at CVS. I got an email from reader Paris letting me know that this week she got a coupon for buy one get one free Reeses’s Pieces. She was able to do the following deal

Buy two bags of Hershey’s Reeses Pieces 2/$5, Get $2 in extra care bucks
Use buy one get one free coupon from the scanner
Pay $2.50 for two bags and get bag $2 in extra care bucks

There is also the following coupon available: B2G1 Hershey’s Candy 12/5/2010 SS Insert (exp 12/25/2010). I did not get this coupon in my inserts but if it is good on Reeses Pieces then you could get three bags for 50 cents after coupon.

Thanks Paris!

Uh… the item pictured there is not Reese’s Pieces, it’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. As far as I know they do not sell bags of Reeses Pieces in those assorted holiday bags that are on sale. I don’t think that coupon should have worked?

It’s not just the holdiay bags of candy that are on sale and generate the ECBs. Check the regular candy section; you’ll find the Reese’s pieces there with the sale info!

      • didn’t work for me. bought two pouches of the reeses pieces plus the b1g1 free coupon and didn’t get the ECB.

I checked this out at my CVS. The coupon is for Reeses Pieces pouches. They are not on sale. They are $4.39 a pouch. I was a bit disappointed because my husband loves Reese Pieces. Oh, well! 🙂

i got this coupon and the small packs of reeses pieces were buy 2 get 1 free. (priced at 89 cents each). with this credit, i got 3 packs for 89 cents! i thought that was decent deal, considering i didnt do the rite aid deal (buy 4 candies for $2, get back 1 up reward, making those 25 cents each)
