    Thanks for the tips. Can you point me in the direction of the homemade pizza pockets recipe? I think my sons would love those!

    Hi Terri, I just make a batch of dough in my bread machine and divide it up into 6 or so balls of dough. I roll them out on a cutting board and place a teaspoon of sauce, some grated cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni on half of the dough. I fold the dough over and pinch closed. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or so, cool and freeze. You can do veggies, or just ham and cheese, etc. Just copy the hotpockets you see in the store. Just don’t add too much or it will burst open in the oven.
