My favorite milestone is about the 6 month mark. Where they sit up on their own and are a little more independent in play and can join you at the dinner table in their highchair. We are quickly approaching this stage with our second baby : )

Ok, can’t resist. Mom of four boys here…oldest 18, with a 16 year old, 14 year old, and a precious 9 year old tagging along behind. The milestone I am most looking forward to for my oldest “baby” is…when he matures and leaves home! I love him dearly, but he has put us through a lot. I remember him when he was all I had. He was precious and lovable. Hopefully one day we will see that “baby” again.
I have 2 boys, 3yrs and 7 months. My favorite milestone so far has been when my oldest started to say “I love you”, it just melts my heart. I love it when he tells me he loves me out of the blue and gives me a kiss and hug.

I loved it when I brought me son home and immediately started reading to him. You could tell from the way he looked and squirmed that he loved it! When he started getting older, he remembered the things I read to him and would tell me about them. If I stumbled on a word, or accidentally skipped a word, he would correct me, without even looking at the book! I cherish those times I had with him!
Mine was when she talked, and I am really looking forward to her saying “I love you” and knowing what it means!

The milestone I’m looking forward to is my daughter finally getting some teeth!
Oh how fun! Milestone I’m most looking forward to is sooooo close to happening! My son will be ONE on Sunday (happy birthday, baby guy!) and he’s very, very close to walking! He’ll take a couple of tentative steps, then quickly plop to his booty and crawl. I love that “new toddler walking like Frankenstein’s monster” stage!! I can’t wait! Though, I will miss lugging around my little man! (he’s our last baby)

It’s really hard to decide which milestone is my favorite. I think the first time they say “dada” and/or “mama” is the best. I love when they really giggle for the first time as well!

My favorite memory, well I cant pick just one.. I loved how he used to kick in my belly late at night just to let me know he was there. The first time he latched on and had his first meal.. It’s amazing how natural it is. His first smile & laugh. Having a baby is just the best blessing one could get. I don’t want him to grow yet but I can’t wait till he’s running & jumping all over the place.
